The Power And The Art of Saying“NO!”

Like many around the world, do you also have problems saying “No?”

The Power And The Art of Saying “NO!”: Regaining your inner peace and personal power by exercising the power of "No". By Astha Vaker

Does your life feel like it is out of control due to the many obligations you are entangled into somehow unknowingly? Do people always turn to you to ask for a favor? Wonder how you get roped into things you really don’t want to do-with friends or family, at work, or even with pushy salespeople? Perhaps you feel like you have to say yes to everyone’s requests. Maybe you find yourself readily taking responsibilities for others’ feelings and problems.

Or maybe focus so much on being loving and unselfish that you’ve forgotten your limits and limitations. Or do you hit the bed feeling miserable that yet another day has passed where you have had absolutely no time to do what you really wish you could but it was spent doing stuff for every other person who crossed your path? Or do you catch your self wishing, sometimes even begging, for tiny moments of the day to have a some gaps where you can just be there for yourself and being collected, and filled with inner harmony?

Or it’s all the above? Then know you have not mastered the Art of Saying No, and you are partly at fault if you are feeling stretched apart, and spread out too thin.

Refusing someone is rarely easy. Often, it’s downright uncomfortable. But constantly saying “yes” cause anxiety, anger, stress, regret, and powerlessness feelings. This can lead one to have Mental Health issues as well in the long run.
